I directed About Face Youth Ensemble Theatre's production of WHAT'S THE T?, written by SK Kerastas and the youth ensemble. Based on real life stories from the LGBTQ community in Chicago, WHAT'S THE T? was a large ensemble-based theatrical experience featuring 16-23 year old performers from the far reaches of Chicagoland. Performed in three venues across the city, WHAT'S THE T? was remounted in summer 2013 after its original run and played at Victory Gardens Theatre.

For About Face Theatre's WOYZECK PROJECT, under the artistic direction of Bonnie Metzgar, I produced a city-wide event featuring more than thirty individual performances based on Buchner's famous and fabled Woyzeck text. Events included an adaptation from Sean Graney of The Hypocrites, an opera from Chicago Opera Vanguard, readings from Route 66, Collaboraction, The Inconvenience, and a two-night Franz Fest with dozens of short performances. Taking place in a half dozen venues throughout Chicago, WOYZECK PROJECT was seen by thousands of Chicagoans over the course of April and May 2011. With a grant from Boeing, I produced, curated and executed all events for the festival.

Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events sponsored this annual event at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in downtown Chicago's Millennium Park. Its first year, REVIVAL was part of the In-The-Works Residency Series; its second year, REVIVAL was part of DCASE's On Edge Performance Series. REVIVAL is a highly curated and designed evening of performance created by Eric Hoff and Jesse Morgan Young. REVIVAL is a vessel, showcasing genre-defying artists in the Chicago area and developing new audiences for immersive performance.

Creator, Producer, Curator of intermedia event - equal parts dance party, spectacle, and performance art. REVIVAL has been sponsored twice by the City of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events. Held in the magnificent Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park, REVIVAL has attracted sold-out crowds nightly for its two runs in 2013 and 2015, and is returning to Chicago for its third iteration in 2016. The event is part Burning Man, part Sleep No More, part religious revival tent meeting. Dozens of Artists and DJs have contributed to the event, creating a multi-thousand person following.

Along with writer/co-creator SK Kerastas and director Will Davis, I was invited to Berkeley Repertory Theatre's Ground Floor program for new play development, where Kerastas and I began the writing process for a show about institutional cycles of oppression and violence as seen through the lens of color guard, its military background, and current artistic expression.

I served as the dramaturgical consultant for the creation of a brand new work of theatre with Pig Iron Theatre Company, based in Philadelphia. Over the course of two years, we devised and improvised our way to a full production, which premiered at The Humana Festival for New American Plays at Actors Theatre of Louisville in Kentucky. I provided creative consultation, historical research, structural support, and context for this Queer Fantasia Space Opera, in the ridiculous maximalist decadent style (a la Charles Ludlam.)

I directed a "SuperLab"​ dramaturgical workshop of Sylvan Oswald's SEX PLAY. SuperLab is a co-production of Playwrights Horizon's Adam Greenfield and Clubbed Thumb's Maria Striar.

After its sold out runs at Steppenwolf Garage and Theatre on the Lake in Chicago, Ike Holter's Stonewall play - featuring a live proto-punk rock band on stage - moved to the West Village's Barrow Street Theatre where it ran February-May 2013.

For more than three years, I served as the office and business manager for Worn Jerabek's mission-driven architecture firm of a dozen architects, creating affordable and sustainable housing stock for the midwest. Partnering with non-profit housing and social services agencies, Worn Jerabek's work focused on memory care facilities and senior living facilities, as well as creative re-purposing of existing buildings in Chicago proper and, notably, Chicago's City Hall green roof.My work covered everything from bookkeeping, financial management, contract writing and negotiation, building services, IT, HR, and AR/AP.
