I worked in the R&D team where I provided support as a designer for developingproducts like AC & DC Variable-Speed Drive controllers.I have created 3D/2D drawings in Creo Parametric for various components withina Drive module, including power cables with their respective routes, mounting brackets, housings and additional enclosures for the internal electric components.I have been a member of a team responsible for constructing and commissioningData Centers, where my role included designing the frame structure and cablepathways along with their mounting supports.

I've created 3D and 2D drawings for components utilized in the surface miningindustry, including machines like Bucket Wheel Excavators, Mobile TransferConveyors, Belt Conveyor Systems, and Spreaders. These designs includedwalkways, conveyor belts, steel structures, driveways and bucket wheels.I used AutoCad equipped with Advance Steel module which greatly simplify work with intricate and large assemblies.

I was responsible for coordinating the daily activities of an electro-mechanicsteam comprising 6 mechanics and 3 electricians.I actively participated in the maintenance process, which involved tasks like repairing, adjusting and investigating the root causes of issues requiring intervention. Additionally, I developed and put into action maintenance plans, while maintaining a database of ongoing and capital repairs for machines and equipment.

I oversaw the manufacturing of various components for electric lawn mowers,including chassis and handles and I was responsible for coordinating and organizing the daily activities of a work shift, which often comprised up to 30 individuals, to meet the production plan.

This included designs for welding and handling robotsused in car assembly lines, with a particular focus on components interacting withmetal sheet parts.I utilized dedicated CAD programs such as AutoCAD, Unigraphics (UG), and CatiaV5.
