This is where I began working. I started out making salads and within a year, moved to the top of the line, Grill Captain. Here I was responsible for all entrees in the building. On top of that I was in charge of keeping track of inventory and volume catalog. I was elected employee of the month 5x in a three year period and was in line for management but withdrew to persue my Engineering degree.
