Execution and Estimation of Work as per Drawings Quality must be preferred at Site.JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -􃋴􃋵Responsible for overall project Execution and Coordination of critical activities of construction, interior fitout along with MEP services (Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Systems, Electrical, PA systems, CCTV, Networking), Fixtures & Furniture etc.􃋴􃋵Closely monitoring & getting the installation of all services as per approved layout from the vendor like Electrical, HVAC, Fire Systems, PA Systems, CCTV, Access Control, DG sets, Plumbing, and Networking, etc. to avoid reworks & cost control􃋴􃋵Reporting of Daily progress, and slippage (in any) to all respective dept.􃋴􃋵Total Quality Control and Execution of Work as per Drawing & BOQs􃋴􃋵Providing Guidance and Coordination with Different Vendors to complete their jobs in the Given timeline.􃋴􃋵Material inspection with respect to approved make quality etc.􃋴􃋵Providing Assistance in All Three steps of the project. (Pre-Construction, During Construction & Post-Construction Tasks)􃋴􃋵 Planning & scheduling of all work so that work completion will be done within the stipulated time.􃋴􃋵Giving onsite solutions and clearances to all agencies and keeping the workflow intact􃋴􃋵Tracking day-to-day onsite work progress as per schedule. Preparing Day to Day/ Weekly and Monthlyreports of site work progress􃋴􃋵Coordination with warehouse team for timely order & dispatch of furniture rack, bought outs & equipment􃋴􃋵Checking & verification of site measurements & final billing of completed work

Started as a Site Engg. Works in the Fields of OFC, Interior Work Civil( Completed Reliance Trends, Smart Point, etc.) Also done quantity of Civil Work Done and Also Completed Billing of Works Done as per Client satisfaction.Also Completed the Billing of Electrical Work with knowledge of Electrical Drawings.Main Responsibilities:1. Study of Drawing and Design before Execution of Work2. Execution will be able to done as per under budget and costing as per cost analysis.3. Pre Planning before execution regarding Manpower, Machinery and Equipments.4. All works done with Safety.5. Measurements of work and Billings of all Works done.6. Material’s Reconciliation Completed.
