Chris Currie is a health care project manager, business analyst, mentor and facilitator with experience in IM/IT, information systems design, training, performance measurement, PMO and healthcare procurement. He has delivered custom solutions for public agencies, government Ministries, the private sector, hospitals and long-term care homes in areas such as patient flow and utilization, critical incident management, performance measurement, quality improvement, business process re-engineering, facility construction and medical supplies procurement.Combining a rare blend of technical and soft skills, his project management style is collaborative and focuses on helping clients achieve sustainable change.
