Solids Packaging Department

-Oversees the operation of Packaging (Flex, Blister, and Bottle Line) work centers to ensure compliance with production and regulatory requirements.-Conducts investigation and resolution of process issues, line deviation, and product complaints.-Monitors process parameters and conducts in-process testing of products to guarantee conformance with the standard specifications.-Collaborates with technical services unit, quality assurance, plant maintenance, production schedulers, and other personnel from other divisions to ensure the availability of materials, manpower, and machine required in order to fulfill the production requirement.-Leads and participates in plant improvement projects including Kaizen initiatives, quality and machine efficiency improvements, packaging trials, etc.-Participates in the conduct of Internal Quality Audit based on PIC/S GMP and FDA regulations as an auditor.

-Manages efficient operation of Granulation, Tablet Compression, and Capsule Filling work centers to ensure compliance with production and regulatory requirements.-Conducts investigation and resolution of process issues, line deviation and product complaints.-Monitors process parameters and conducts in-process testing of products to guarantee conformance with the standard specifications.-Spearheaded several plant initiatives focusing on improving plant maintenance program through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and other continuous improvement projects in Granulation and Compression department-Handled standard operating procedure revision of the department including equipment operation manuals.

Process Engineering Training- Drafting- Prepared process data sheets (PDS) and performed hydraulic and vessel sizing calculations using process simulation softwares (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, HTRI, DWSIM etc.).- Evaluated Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) of an industrial chemicals plant and food manufacturing plant.
