My river island journey started as a product manger. My daily duties included product availability,commercial awareness,staff training and knowledge of densities,following guidelines,customer service and so on. I gained a promotion within a short space of time to deputy manager which I know was due to hard work and determination to succeed within this amazing high street retailer. I truly enjoyed my time working for river island and would recommend it to many, What a fantastic fast fashion forward environment to work. Reason for leaving: headhunted for Tkmaxx.

Deputy manager in Liffey valley. working alongside store manager and team to create a great fun,edgy environment with extremely high standards in visual merchandising. Pushing ourselves and our team to give great service and achieve stock loss results to company expectation. Promoted to store manager Blanchardstown were I achieved a plus LFL in all KPI's (sales,conversion,atv etc) reduced stock loss by 1.13% and in line with company expectation and also increased customer satisfactory reports by leading by example.
