I am a Project Superintendent in the Boston/Metrowest area managing on-site construction operations of private academic/institution and public chapter 149A renovation and ground-up projects. I also have experience managing hospitality projects (restaurant/retail). Projects have varied in both duration and value from 1 week at $100k+ to several years at $70M+. Some of the clients for which I have managed projects for include, but are not limited to the Town of Ashland, MA, Cambridge Housing Authority, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, The Cheesecake Factory, and Apple.I am a highly motivated, well rounded leader with several years of on-site construction management experience, including time previously spent in both estimating and project management.
