I started Bishop Design Consultants with the intention to provide high quality consulting services to interior design firms. I grew up on job sites in Northern California with my father, a general contractor, studying the construction process. I studied animation with a focus on interior environments at The Art Institute of San Francisco. I was formally trained in interior design and antique and gallery quality furnishings at Steven Volpe Design where I completed numerous historically significant projects in the Bay Area and Europe. I went on to start Chroma, an interior design collective that is passionate about being an interior and furniture design practice that honors the arts. With 13 years experience managing teams through all phases of the interior design process from interior architecture to construction management, to the programming, design, purchasing and installation of artworks and furniture pieces, I am passionate about consulting with interior and furniture design practices and helping them achieve their goals and projects in a timely and efficient manner.
