🟧 As a former collegiate and professional athlete, I understand both the physical and mental discipline and conditioning needed to achieve peak performance. 🟧 I started X-Factor Sports Performance in Jacksonville, Florida to share years of knowledge and approaches that help clients get the most out of their total selves, not just burn calories. 🟧 Building strength means more to me than just faster 40-yard dash times, extra reps on the bench press, or a sculpting a body that performs and looks good for a single season. It means strengthening every fiber, adopting a wellness mindset, and setting expectations for yourself that stretch beyond what you think is possible. 🟧 I’m inspired daily by my work with young athletes in the area, of all shapes and sizes, who take my sports and conditioning instruction to heart.
