In this role, I have put in place Performance Improvement Plans for all associates to help the grow intheir roles while giving Employee Surveys monthly to gauge our morale health. SOP creation is alsomy responsibility and requires integration of all other Managers and staff. Weekly meetings have beenestablished and ran by me with all division heads and the owner to continue my passion of high-levelcommunication. I've completed in-house Communication meetings for managers and associates alikeso we are all talking in the same manner with each other. This focus on communication has allowed forme and my team to expand our business from three primary online markets to ten total marketplaces.In this role I was also tasked with executing a business model transition. With the change weimplemented new processes and procedures that finally finished the foundation that was needed for usto grow our quality of business. Operations now run in a predictable way per the SOP's and people canhave the chance to know what to do each day that they come to work without guessing.

In this role, I am responsible for 5-7 direct reports on the swing shift (4 pm - 2:30 am). I am responsiblefor their development within the team and on the systems that we utilize. I make sure the team abidesby all OSHA safety requirements. I keep the integrity of our product safe by utilizing key controls andcompleting internal investigations when needed.My team and I maintain the accuracy of our outbound products for customers to receive the followingday. We also accomplish major projects that help increase accuracy and efficiency across the entirewarehouse.This job role requires the use and training of an AS400 system, RF-based scanners, detailed loadingdocuments, loading ten day-routes and one cross-dock transfer truck, unloading one warehouse towarehouse transfer truck, and unloading two offsite facility transfer trucks, and project management.My team has completed two large-scale projects in 2017-2018. Those endeavors have now shapedthe layout of other warehouses throughout the company. Members of this team travel to assist otherwarehouses in these changes as well.

In this role I helped streamline, train, and implement the Elite Extra driver delivery system and thecompany's Shipping Department Standard Operating Procedure. I keept the integrity of our productsafe by utilizing key controls and completing internal investigations when needed. As of Jan, 2018, I have written the only standard operation procedure (SOP) currently functioning inthe company. This SOP outlines the daily operations of the Shipping Department for all of US Autoforce.The Elite system is used to track 20+ drivers and is computer and mobile phone based. The systemallows us to give ETA times to customers as well as contingency plan on the fly as drivers encounterdaily issues or need to make efficiency adjustments. I also developed key support position roles (ie. Dock Controller, Shipping Department Operator, andassociate expectations in job roles) for the warehouse and dispatching operation. These developmentscame from previous locations where I implemented them to excel efficiency expectations and complywith company policies and protocols. I travel to other facilities in the company to provide training for new associates on all job roles fromsupervisor to basic material handler.

In this position, I started with twelve direct reports and held responsibility for the day to day operationof the warehouse. I accomplished this by working alongside the Operations Manager and all teams toensure there is a safe, efficient, training-based, and productive environment for our employees andcustomers. I kept the integrity of our product safe by utilizing key controls and completing internalinvestigations when needed. In my time there, I concluded inventory discrepancy investigations, reconfigured networks with our ITdept as we moved offices, developed, organized, and trained daily and new operations with associatesacross all shifts. I was the interim Operations Manager for five months, I filed and maintained reportsacross all areas of our corporation, and helped take the warehouse from losing $1.5m the prior year toshowing a positive gain in excess of $1m. I ended my time at the St. Louis warehouse by leading whole warehouse training seminars andmeetings and as the interim Second Shift supervisor for three months prior to departing to our Denver,CO location.

Kansas City, Missouri Area

At this position I was responsible for the integrity of the warehouse's inventory and had supervisionover all other Material Handler's day-to-day work. I was in charge of executing and training out thereceiving operations as well as designing more efficient and accurate ways of getting the product outto our customers. I learned our AS 400 system completely and worked on furthering my logistics/adminskills towards the end of my time there. I was promoted from this position and the company moved me to St. Louis.

Golden, Mo

At this position I worked in the warehouse receiving and pulling tires. I would also drive routes anddeliver tires to customers throughout our service area. After four months, the operations personnelwere let go as the location was turned into a cross-dock (drivers-only). The company promoted me and moved me to our new Kansas City location at that time.

Here I was in charge of setting up training for all the electronics associates (on and off the floor). This was a project that I actually started myself and was a success for the company at our store.
