As the E-commerce and Social Media Manager for Steven Sabados of S&C, I am responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce department of www.stevensabados.com with a significant online presence. I develop strategy and manage market communications that drive product demand as well as create product positioning and messaging to differentiate products in market and expand visibility. I'm responsible for monitoring and tracking transactional and revenue performance, coordinating implementation of product reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via: reports, analytics, surveys etc.) I handle all customer service inquiries and decision-making for the website, social media accounts and online advertising. I continue to build strong working relationships and liaise with other business and operational areas of brand partnerships.

As executive assistants, my role was to manage calendars, organize meetings, welcome visitors, accept phone calls, take messages and take care of travel arrangements, handles clerical tasks and prioritizes correspondence, allowing the executive to focus on decision-making and higher-level responsibilities.

As office manager, I was responsible for organization and coordination of office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety, I was responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.
