As a Technology & Merchandising Pro, I had a unique role that involved two key responsibilities. On the technical side, I worked with a small team to manage the setup and maintenance of all technology within our store, including Apple products for demos, network infrastructure, and office equipment. We conducted regular audits to ensure operational accuracy.On the merchandising front, I helped lead a diverse team in maintaining Apple's brand standards. We planned and executed merchandising events (i.e. NPI launches, seasonal/promotional changes), and built and maintained strong relationships with corporate teams, vendors, and team members store-wide to ensure our store consistently looked and operated at its best.

I had the distinct privilege of being selected as one of twelve trainers from around the world to play a pivotal role in launching the first Apple Stores in India. This extraordinary opportunity allowed me to refine my facilitation skills through intensive training sessions held in Cupertino, led by seasoned corporate trainers.Working between Mumbai and New Delhi, our team collaborated to extend a warm and enthusiastic welcome to new employees joining the Apple family in India. Together we facilitated dynamic group training sessions, accommodating participants ranging from 5 to 100 individuals. Our responsibilities extended to developing training materials that not only conveyed essential information but also captured the culture of Apple's iconic brand.Beyond the initial store openings, we remained committed to providing ongoing support and additional training as needed, ensuring that the Apple Store experience in India consistently met the highest standards.

As a Specialist, I excelled in driving sales of a wide range of Apple products while providing expert guidance to customers seeking to integrate Apple solutions into their personal and business environments. I played a pivotal role in introducing customers to the comprehensive Apple ecosystem, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.I proudly served as an advocate for accessibility awareness, consistently championing the cause and supporting interactions related to accessibility. My proficiency in American Sign Language allowed me to effectively communicate and assist Deaf customers, ensuring they had seamless access to Apple's products and services.
