Overall responsibility of on-site quality for guests. Setting the resort up to meet Wyndham SOP for Housekeeping and Maintenance. Run the overall picture of the department and work with department heads to ensure proper room and common area quality. Deal with employee training, HR issues, scheduling, budgets an p&l maintenance. Responsible for overall appearance of Resort. Dealt with homeowners as well as corporate visitors.

Responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the laundry department according to Federal and State regulations in order to assure that the laundry department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner and that an adequate supply of laundry/linen is on hand at all times to meet the needs of the guests.

Responsible for the daily operation of the front desk including cash-handling responsibilities, sales transactions, and a good working knowledge of current and upcoming events. Issue keys, give out area directions, and welcome guests to the area. Uphold strong customer service standards for dress, greetings, phone calls, and expedient customer response. Support emergency response processes as needed by the building manager Attend required employee staff development meetings/programs.
