I worked at McDonald’s as a shift manager. I took several internal courses in leadership. As a manager, I was in charge of the daily operations of the restaurant. Amongst my tasks were making daily schedules for the staff, being in charge og the production and making sure that both the staff and the guest had a pleasant experience. To be a good manager, it is important to be service-oriented, have a good knowledge of the procedures that must be followed, to have a good sense of responsibility, and to be a good leader.
