Directing a global app dev team building both internal and externally facing customer solutions to support UPS’ growth with a focus on the Global Business Services department.

Provide value by saving time and reducing the cost to serve a customer, whether internal or external, through technology. Automation of manual key entry processes, creation of revenue generation tools and implementation of windows and web based applications to improve the customer experience. Provide short-term solutions to fill any gaps left by Enterprise System applications. Support the long-term strategy to leverage technology to assist in streamlining processes and reducing non operations expense.

Supervised a staff of 22 part-time drivers responsible for the daily pickup of UPS Letter Centers/Drop Boxes and On Demand Pickup requests from UPS customers.
