Responsible for two groups of 10 boys aged 6-10. I create lesson plans designed to maintain their current skills while enhancing execution and learning new skills. I also design strength and conditioning programs suited to age and ability level designed to increase gymnastic performance. While in the gym I lead the boys through practice with a structured system that allows no room for half-hearted work and lack of effort.

Managed the refabrication scope of a large ($4 billion) construction project at a galvanizing plant. Duties included identifying and flagging parts needing to be modified, coordinating the loading and shipment of those parts to a local fabricator in order for changes to be made and ensuring that each piece was put back with it's original load upon completion of fabrication changes.I also assisted in the overall management of this project at the galvanizing plant which included performing quality assurance checks on each incoming and outgoing load as well as coordinating any splitting or combining of loads as requested by the on-site managers.

Perform structural analyses on telecommunications structures using finite element analysis software. Design reinforcements for overstressed structures based on local code requirements. Interact with clients in order to provide engineering services pertinent to their needs.

Planned and ran 6 different 45 minute long classes per day designed to help assist each gymnast in a group of 8 to 10 achieve their personal goals for advancement of skills in one week's time.Supervised large groups (10 to 22) of children ages 7-17 outside of the gym and organized various activities to enhance their camp experience.Supervised my peers in the gym and participated in management meetings designed to troubleshoot any problems arising in the function and safety of classes being run during the day.
