Experience from Accenture Include:Technical architect lead: Helping a Nordic food retail client with overall planning and preparation for a large scale IT transformation moving from a custom landscape to a packaged system landscape. Work activities include lead architect roles in sub-projects as well as enterprise architecture strategy reviews.Project manager/Solution architect: Helping a European fashion retailer with roll out of a new and re-branded loyalty solution across the Nordics. Work included managaing of several external parties as well as internal client resources trough out the project delivery.Technical architect lead: Responsible for the overall technical architecture related to an Oracle Retail solution including infrastructure, environment planning, environment setup and support and release management. The project covered a full Oracle Retail Suite including, Retail Merchandising System , Retail Price Management, Retail Invoice Matching, Store Inventory Management.Project manager/Integration architect: Part of a large CRM (Siebel) initiative during a three year period, holding a number of roles as project manager, technical team lead, integration architect, developer as well as performance test lead. The work as project lead included managing of near shore resources during all phases of the projects. Main responsibilities have been designing and developing the Siebel integration architecture as well as customized components. Responsibilites also included outlining both the technical and the functional/conceptual design of the solutions.Operations architect: Part of an Operations Architecture team in an IT Infrastructure & Security project responsible for assessing the as-is operations environment/tools and to define the to-be operations environment managing the new network security solution.

Technical Architect / Team lead: Technical Architect team member within a larger billing project, responsible for environment planning and release management as well as environment support and troubleshooting. Later in the project, responsibilities included a lead role of the local team planning the day-to-day activities of the team, resource utilization and knowledge transfer to the client.

Software developer: Involved in designing and implementation of a Java based automated digital news service (”24 Vision”) for broadcasting purposes. Areas of responsibilities included requirements gathering of the integration architecture, design and implementation. The work included customized integration with back-end CM systems and front-end graphic systems.
