Deliver “concierge” customer service with timely payments and claim closures, assisted with a estimated 70+ claims from Hurricane Sandy, in addition to normal duties, offered the opportunity to develop my skills with field training in Orange County & recognized by our customers and business partners for professionalism and received positive customer satisfaction surveys each month

Responsible for an average desk of approx 60-80 claims at one time and meeting closing production goals, participated in the Grass Roots Improvement Project, helping to promote change by being a liaison for other employees to present issues for change, participated in the Employee Engagement Committee, working closely with management to identify and create change on those identified areas of improvement & traveled to two week-long training's through Liberty Mutual for construction technology and property adjusting
