Leading a distributed team performing a range of activities, I was accountable for contributing to company growth targets and strategic objectives through targeted marketing campaigns. Following my overhaul of the marketing function and redefining the GTM strategy, I was able to deliver significant value, with key achievements including: • Cost per marketing acquired customer (CAC) reduced by 41% YoY • Quantity of marketing qualified leads (MQL) increased by 42% YoY • Return on marketing investment (ROMI) increased by 490% YoYOutside of the success from implementing a new approach to lead generation and team management, my contributions and achievements in this role also included: • Working in the M&A team to facilitate the successful capital raise and acquisition of Opmantek • Defined and implemented a new brand and go-to-market strategy for the combined organisation • Designed and implemented new marketing systems and processes to support efficient lead generation and nurturing • Implemented a new approach to public relations, significantly increasing the frequency, quality, and value of earned media
