Program Manager for nine different programs across multiple DoD customers (Navy, Army, Air Force). Each program includes multiple lines of effort and require different management skills. Skills required include experience as a Prime contractor managing pass through projects, managing direct labor and execution, navigating SBIR contract requirements and understanding the growth strategies needed behind each.

Led the daily programmatic functions of a $90M global portfolio by maintaining, monitoring, and forecasting a portfolio of seven customers and twelve different projects as a Program Manager and Deputy Portfolio Manager. I specialized in collaborating cross-departmentally to strategically communicate program status with senior leaders and stakeholders and execute proposals, subcontracting, procurement, and budgeting efforts for cost reduction and increased profit opportunities.

Deputy Program Manager for six programs providing intelligence, ISR, communications, and training support across six countries. I oversaw all budgeting, scheduling, subcontracting and procurement actions while controlling a $60M cumulative budget.I directly led a $1M strategically high-impact project comprising of the delivery of specialized hardware, software, and configurations to multiple countries.

Lead analyst and subject matter expert on a $60M Contractor Owned – Contractor Operated (COCO) specialized aircraft deployed to Africa. Provided guidance and subject matter expertise to seven team members, ensuring the effective and efficient collection against strategic level priorities in the AOR. As the lead analyst, I also successfully deployed Alion's first COCO exploitation cell to a forward-based operation in another country, validating rapid deployment support requirements for an operation consisting of deploying and redeploying personnel, equipment and performing analysis in austere environments.

Oconus

Deployed as a radar sensor operator and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) analyst in support of NATO forces, providing Counter-IED (C-IED) support. Mission set included exploiting radar, coherent change detection and electro-optical imagery as well as full motion video (FMV) to provide fused intelligence products.

Led a Geospatial Intelligence shop consisting of three other supervisors and multiple team members supporting counter-terrorism and counter-narcotics missions across South America and the middle east. Gained cultural experience in South America.

1St Special Forces Group (A), Okinawa, Japan

Deployed as a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst for two Operation Enduring Freedom missions and two Joint Combined Exchange Training iterations in support of counter-terrorism operations throughout Southeast Asia. Gained cultural experience in the Philippines, Afghanistan, Thailand and Australia.
