I also advised both landlords and tenants on dilapidations claims, contested and uncontested business lease renewals, possession/forfeiture claims and debt recovery issues in a commercial context.Outside of landlord and tenant work, I also gained experience in restrictive covenant and rights of way disputes which often arose in the context of actual or intended development.
