Provided Customer Experience (CX) Solution Consulting Management & Architecture support to Oracle's North American Industry Sales teams. My National team of 12, was responsible to provide Pre-Sale technical solution recommendations for all of our CRM Cloud, SaaS and On-Premise AI, SPM, Marketing, Sales, Service, CPQ & Business Intelligence applications. We supported all regulated industries including PC&L Insurance, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare and Communications.Primary responsibilities:• Delivered C-Suite presentations of Oracle’s Cloud and Industry solution strategy.• Managed a national team of Solution Consulting resources each with deep industry expertise.• With Regional Sales VP, created and delivered Industry specific sales enablement training.• Developed Cloud based, industry specific, omni-channel, reusable prototypes to support sales .• Identified skill improvement needs in my staff and developed individual training plans.• Participated in strategic planning, sales strategy, pipeline review and forecasting activities.• Provided customer feedback to Product Development on application enhancement suggestions.
