Today the operator only has a team of 20 analysts for a turnover close to 20M.For the medical audit, a new web console has been created that enables audit in loco or remote by segments (auditing levels) monitored in real time, in agreement with RN 259. The system prevents the loss of the term in guarantee of service, eradicating retroactive authorizations.With the improved expertise of the team, we reduced the call volume at the vendor, SOLUS from 68 calls / month to 6 semesters.We have built an operator management panel with strategic data for the commercial and medical managements and superintendencies.
