Led a team of 115, with 8 direct reports, while consolidating US and global ad intelligence technology teams into a single organization under my leadership. This included managing an annual budget of $15M. • Migrated largely on-premises data delivery environment to a cloud (AWS) based model. • Drove alignment with engineering and audience measurement teams toward the development of a new ratings currency. • Re-platformed US SaaS Product to align with global tool standards, this led to faster feature delivery and higher client contract close rates. • Built out a global DevOps/SRE team to establish DevOps standard framework based on Terraform for all agile teams to use. • Organized a global hack-a-thon within the development team to bolster US and international team cooperation and increase team morale.

Led a diverse team of 70 product managers, .NET/Postgres developers and support staff, with 8 direct reports, across the world for Nielsen Media’s International Ad Intelligence business. This included P&L responsibility for a line of business with $100M in annual revenue. • Integrated acquisition of a large UK based competitor, including the movement of 2 on-premises data centers to AWS and merging new development and operations team. • Planned and drove team to execute on transitioning away from MS SQL and Oracle to only use PostGres databases. • Completed the acquisition of the LATAM Ibope business which included: Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico locations. Migrate Ibope off of legacy AS400 to the standard AWS based platform.

Led a team of 15, with 3 direct reports, that were responsible for international advertising information systems and tasked with leading the global advertising intelligence business. This included managing a $3.5M annual budget. • Leveraged change management skillset to transition to the use of Agile SCRUM delivery approach, replacing Waterfall methodology in the process. • Introduced new project reporting process that improved communications with stakeholders and increased transparency. • Managed the full-scale integration of Ibope’s technology team following a corporate acquisition, as well as the delivery platform from mainframe to a new standard system.

Led a team of 5 that were responsible for client service and program management, shepherding projects through the development process. • Delivered 30+ large-scale IT and data projects in a single calendar year with a success rate that was instrumental in achieving a promotion to Director of Technology. • Executed a turnaround and rescue of a platform upgrade that 3 prior teams had failed to complete. • Led the conversion from mainframe to relational database slashing costs, increasing efficiencies, and seamlessly delivering consistent data that avoided trend breaks.
