Career Transition
CurrentDue to a layoff/role elimination, I have been given an opportunity to take a career break. It has given me an opportunity to recharge mentally, while staying active doing the following:-volunteering with a local profit supporting children and teens in foster care-completing professional certifications, including the SPHR (via HRCI) and Certified Change Practitioner (via PROSCI®)-identifying possibilities within my professional journey, including my next stepNow, I am ready to get back to work. I am looking for opportunities within the Talent Development/Talent Management/OD space, where my ultimate focus is on coaching leaders in the workplace to be effective in leading within their sphere of influence. Key projects that I aspire to engage in include career and succession strategy, leadership development programming, change management implementation and doing the above in engaging colleagues that share my similar passions for the work. Potential role titles that I am looking for include Senior Manager/Director, Talent Development, Senior Manager/Director, Talent Management, Senior Manager/Director, Organizational Development.
