Manages the day to day operations of the Accounting department with 24 staff members with focus on internal and external financial reporting. Handles consolidation of the Group with subsidiaries in the Philippines and Guam, as well as, reporting obligation with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

Has extensive experience in the audits of financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) of public and private entities. Has also significant exposure in other non-assurance engagements such as due diligence reviews, fraud audits and agreed upon procedures engagements;Manages and oversees a group of more than 10 staff members Conducts in-house training on audit methodolgy and use of audit tool

Has been involved in the financial audit and the audit of internal control over financial reporting of US companies, including a healthcare insurance company listed in the US stock exchange. Participates in planning, strategies development, execution and conclusion of audit engagements, including the audit of financial statements and audit of internal control over financial reporting and research work in order to have an in-depth understanding of client’s business and industry and resolve technical issues in reference to IFRS, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
