This includes oversight of >100 active contractors who perform both On and Offsite, advance planning for service maintenance, authoring new requirement procurement packages for both contracts and task orders, leading Source Selection evaluations, and directly advising BARDA Executive Leadership on procurement risks and mitigation strategies. DRIVe Services Contracts Program Manager <$500kLead the procurement planning, approach, execution, and implementation of multiple awards for office space design and buildout for new DRIVe facilities. Work statements for both space design and buildout (no heavy construction) and Information Technology (IT) hardware acquisition and installation were authored, competed, and awarded in under 30 days partnering with local Small Businesses. The new DRIVe space will account for under 30 full-time Federal and contractor personnel and utilizes a first-of-its-kind approach at ASPR called "Floating Workspace". With this approach, no DRIVe staff member, including Supervisors, are assigned a permanent desk or office, and everyone is free to 'float' and work anywhere within the DRIVe space based on need or preference. This design and layout approach is intended to promote real-time collaboration and engagement of all DRIVe personal across multiple projects and programs by providing unique workspace setups for both individual and group use.
