Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and Project/Program Manager (P/PM) on multiple contracts (Services, Time and Materials and Intra/Inter Agency Agreements) with a total dollar value exceeding $10 million dollars.AMCG’s Budget Officer responsible for planning, executing and closing out annual $13 million dollar operational budget each fiscal year and served as AMCGs Administrative Officer (AO) managing all AMCG staffing actions including recruitment, on and off-boarding, mentoring/sponsoring arrangements, details from other Federal agencies, and awards.ASPR Acquisitions Career Manager (ACM) responsible for policy development and enforcement for over 200 ASPR FAC-COR and FAC-P/PMs including development and management of real-time database showing certification status, development and advertisement of reoccurring training opportunities, and records management of certifications and applications through Microsoft SharePoint. Project Officer for the first ASPR Third-Party Assessment of Contract Awards: 2009-2010 H1N1 Influenza Response (first of its kind effort at ASPR) used to assess ASPRs strengths and weaknesses during the 2009-2010 H1N1 pandemic response.Established the first ASPR Medical Acquisition Course (AMAC) training for ASPR acquisition professionals focused on high dollar/risk medical acquisitions and procurements, a $100k investment, and since 2009 AMAC has trained over 100 ASPR acquisition professionals including Contracting Officers, CORs, P/PMs, and executive leadership.Assisted in the development of the ASPR Acquisitions Management System (AAMS) and its supporting policy tools Decision Gate (DG) and In Process Reviews (IPR) impacting over 15 contracts within FY11, and served as AMCGs Source Selection Secretariat on FAR Part 15 contracts.Developed and manage AMCG Microsoft SharePoint Dashboard that allows for real-time sharing of vital information regarding contracting, acquisitions, and governing policies across all ASPR.
