C. Ja'net Chappelle is an emerging leader in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston metropolitan areas. Her mission is twofold. Firstly, to aid executives in operational solutions that increase organizational capacity, profitability, and sustainability by providing sourcing options. Secondly, to help BIPOC entrepreneurs establish ethical, equitable, and financially sustainable social enterprises focused on generational wealth. Therefore, she created Wisdom Counselors (WC) LLC and Wisdom Counselors Learning Institute (WCLI). WC LLC is a full-service, certified global woman and minority-owned sourcing enterprise that provides operational solutions for small businesses, government agencies, and higher education institutions. While WCLI is a USA-based nonprofit hybrid incubator that provides technical assistance for startups owned by BIPOC entrepreneurs. C. Ja'net has over two decades of organizational development experience, where she studied and worked in organizations exhibiting various business models. As a result, she identified a business model that yields organizational longevity and increases corporate profitability in for-profit and nonprofit organizations. To date, she helped hundreds of entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses. Additionally, as a thought leader with a specialty in economic development - small business organizational development, C. Ja'net serves as a speaker, pitch competition judge, business grant reviewer, and a business mentor. In addition to her years of experience in the business industry, C. Ja'net holds a Bachelors in History from Xavier University, a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from North Carolina Central University, a certificate in nonprofit management from Duke University, a certificate in Instructional Design from Collin County, and several IT certificates. Currently, she is concluding her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Instructional Design & Technology at Liberty University.
