Oracle Account Manager (Functional Consultant)
Current- Responsible for identifying, understanding and documenting issues that occurred to the system during testing, after implementation or enhancements and relaying the information obtained to the technical team for.
- Worked closely with stakeholders during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing and after Go-Live for the smooth transition between systems. Also involved with preparing test scripts for the systems.
- Assisted with the data conversion of the required data from previous financial system to the upgraded or consolidated version by running comparison testing with a controlled or baseline system
- Provided first level support to users for issues encountered after upgrades, data migrations or implementations. Resolve IT application-related incidents and service requests in a timely and effective manner
- Assisted technical team to help identify, test issues and run simulations with enhancements and custom programs on the front-end before released to users for further testing
