Responsible for Development and Administrative responsibilities associated with AVATURE CRM/ATS, configuring multi tenant environments for RPO clients with 500+ users globally supporting North America and LATAM, ensuring data standardization to seamlessly support Business Intelligence reporting for multiple clients from within the same or multiple instances. Manage global team to gather requirements, configure systems, develop training and provide oversight for support specialists for hundreds of RPO clients in multiple instances. Utilize AVATURE standard and custom features to support 200+ siloed client databases. Develop and customize workflow automation; develop email campaigns, manage datasets, email and folder/job templates, manage thousands of workflow actions, several hundred landing pages, multipole custom portals, and numerous email templates & campaigns, develop and support career sites/talent communities. Creation and support of Custom Reports utilizing public url and sFTP data feeds to BI dashboards. Track implementation phases for client programs and maintain tenant database within the system. Conduct and support internal and external client presentations, meetings, and product demos.
