Senior Logistics Manager
Current•Manages/implements the logistics programs and procedures, movement and storage of materials across the FT NovoselAviation Maintenance Services Program IAW the PWS, Army, USAF, FAA, and company guidance.•Ensures proper inventory control planning and scheduling to meet contractual commitments.•Oversees the requisitioning effort, provides oversight for tracking materials and supplies, and periodically examinesmaterials delivered to the different airfields and work centers to verify conformance to specifications.•Oversees the coordination of the clerical and manual tasks involved in the receipt, verification, storage, turn-in andissuance of parts, materials, supplies and equipment.•Assist in the planning and projection of total material requirements program-wide.•Demonstrates continuous effort to improve logistics operations and protect resources.•Develops and sustains a culture of safety, quality compliance, and professionalism.•Ensures compliance with directives, technical manuals, work standards, safety procedures, and company policies relatingto logistics operations.•Ensures sufficient material, manpower, technical data, tools and equipment are available to meet PWS requirements.•Monitors attendance, approves timecards, assigns overtime.•Applies Company policy and procedures pertaining to the promotion, training, discipline, and termination of employees.•Ensures employees possess the training and equipment necessary to comply with regulatory requirements.
