Responsible for heading up the PR department of Total Gaming TV and the Complete Gamer online brand.

Responsible for the user content program on the mmo Pirates of the Burning Sea. This entails:~ Overseeing all 3D ship model designs created by the community~ Overseeing all 2D flag and sail designs created by the community~ Heading the two respective volunteer groups (2D Steering and 3D Steering) and ensuring that their time is well spent assisting the community.~ Handling all 2D User Content admin work so that community can have their designs approved for use in-game or handing feedback to why design isn't appropriate.~ Handling review process for 3D Ship Models, to ensure that they're suitable to be handed over to internal departments to prepare for game.~ handling day-to-day forum issues within the two main areas, as well as moderating both areas.

Responsible for the running of the live events program for Flying Lab Software in their mmo Pirates of the Burning Sea. This entails: ~ Overseeing all live events that are to take place within the game world of Pirates of the Burning Sea ~ Creating various event styles to suit the current community of PotBS~ Handling scheduling of all live events for the game, as well as announcing them to the community~ Heading a group of volunteer players called the Live Events Group, who assist me in running the events for the game.~ Setting up youtube and twitter locations for live events, to expand the information distribution for the live events program into new media sources.

Assisting community team in a multitude of tasks ranging from:~Monitoring and replying to players on the forums~Assisting in live events for the game~Compiling thoughts for future live events~Providing feedback from players in a daily report~Compiling additional reports from information on the forum~Creating additional media content for the game in the form of videos and written guides.

Role involves providing constructive criticism on user content flags and sails for the game, working behind the scenes on User Content Appeals and to help the 2DSC and FLS keep track of User Content issues that may arise as Flying Labs continue developing the game. This is a key part of the game for Flying Labs and the 2DSC are there to help even the most basic skilled players succeed at designing flags and sails for their ships in-game.
