Below are some of my significant client engagements:- Program manager for implementation of $25M complete suite of Cerner EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles; led the change management committee which was constituted of senior physicians, nurses and staff from Cerner (vendor) and CSC (SI) that developed and executed communication strategies through the various stages of the project and all levels of the hospital. - Program manager at BCBSA for modernization of their claim adjudication system, it was a large and complex, multi-year program. The program consisted of 6 interdependent projects with over 100 consultants across two continents and took 2 years to implement.
