I am a lifelong student of managing and delivering large, complex Digital Transformation programs.Over the last 30 years, I’ve worked in a variety of leadership roles such as Client Executive, Managing Director, Chief Program Officer, and Program Director for several large fortune 500 companies such as Deloitte Consulting, Cerner Corporation, CSC, CardinalHealth, Johnson & Johnson, Fiat Chrysler, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Greater Toronto Airport Authority to name a few. My primary responsibility has been to translate their vision into a strategic plan; help these organizations transform and become agile, so they can adapt to evolving market demands and can successfully tackle disruptive forces.In addition to consulting, I have a passion for education and have taught various Operations Management and Information Sciences courses at Schulich School of Business, York University as an adjunct professor since 2009. I’ve authored many articles on project management & organizational change management and have presented at many academic and professional conferences and association meetings.
