I developed, evolved, and promoted the Museum at Eldridge's mission and vision. Internally, I led conversations about organizational identity, community building, interpretation, brand identity, and visitor experience. Publicly, I shared the Museum's story with visitors, our community, the press, and all partners. As an ambassador, I cultivated meaningful relationships with community stakeholders and conveyed the museum's dynamic work with the public through brand identity, written content and press partnerships.

I shared Village Preservation's extensive community advocacy and activism with the public through newsletters, public programming, blog posts, and more. I planned and hosted 50 annual public programs a year, cultivating relationships with attendees, community leaders, activists and artists. I also launched the now-popular Instagram account.

I worked closely with senior leadership to craft the vision and identity of the then-burgeoning cultural institution. I created and produced over 200 site-specific public programs a year - including walking tours, book talks, concerts, nighttime festivals, and outdoor theater. Utilizing Green-Wood's vast history, imposing landscape, and world-class sculpture collection, these one-of-a-kind experiences connected audiences to the 178-year-old National Historic Landmark. I pursued close partnerships with many artists and organizations including the Morbid Anatomy Museum, Atlas Obscura, Bindlestiff Family Cirkus, The Moth, and BEAT.Successes include the creation of Green-Wood's first-ever special membership level - an exclusive, invite-only level aimed at providing intriguing and offbeat programs to curious New Yorkers. During my tenure, this level continually attracted new members and provided a new demographic to Green-Wood's donor base.In 2015, I established and oversaw a first-ever beekeeping program. The project highlight's Green-Wood's important role in the New York horticulture community, and has garnered a great deal of attention in the media. Using programs, membership, and advocacy for Green-Wood, I aimed to upend expectations. Through surprising and unique experiences, visitors made connections to an unconventional historic site and, ultimately, become loyal and engaged constituents.
