Delivered 30% reduction in recurring energetic unit price through aggressive market competition, implemented new test strategies to increase diagnostic capability and reduce system test time, and facilitated 200% increase in daily delivery output. PROGRAM OPERATIONS MANAGER, Non-Line of Site (NLOS) Program 04/2008 – 07/2009Responsible for $120M effort to develop, implement, and demonstrate manufacturing capability of dual mode, low cost, reliable precision munition. Scope includes establishment of infrastructure and strategy to allow growth from initial low rate production to full rate production. Design, implement, and demonstrate manufacturing capability of dual mode precision munition.

Responsible for the on-time delivery of sub-assembly production valued at $100M. Leading transmitter and seeker servo work cell production, yield improvement, lean initiatives, and cost reduction efforts. Lead critical subassembly work cell manufacturing in order to support system delivery schedule.Responsible for contract delivery performance, creation of director communications packages, contract delivery requirements, factory schedule creation, and assisting with quarterly EAC creation. Perform as Production Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Program Management interface. Responsible for creation of program production performance metrics supporting internal and external customer reviews. Assessed and set program delivery priorities based on optimized path to on-time delivery performance recovery.

Responsible engineering authority (REA) for AMRAAM missile mechanical design technical data package. Responsible technical authority for manufacturing and depot technical data package changes.

Co-lead responsible for $4.7M activity repackaging Commercial spent nuclear fuel (SNF) from wet basin to dry cask storage. Lead and manage execution of project activities required to support cost and schedule.Develop and deploy integrated master schedule, implement earned value (EV) techniques, perform weekly updates, and deliver status reporting to Sr. leadership.Lead design efforts to create required tooling, procedures, and safety documentation.Preparation, reporting, and execution of $2M engineering overhead work packageOriginally estimated at 3 years and $8.9M, Project completed successfully in 18 months for $4.7M.
