As Commodore, Christopher served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Austin Yacht Club, a member based sailing organization comprised of more than 450 members founded in 1951. Based on Lake Travis in western Travis County, Austin Yacht Club is a highly competitive racing club whose members have won the US Sailing Clifford D. Mallory Cup (US Men's National Championship) in 1979, 1981, 1985, 1987, 1989, 2006 and 2008. In his role as Commodore, Christopher was responsible as the executive in charge of all club operations and staff, and chaired the board or directors. During his tenure, Christopher helped the Austin Yacht Club to manage an ongoing drought (and corresponding historic low lake levels), accumulate additional financial reserves, invest in key infrastructure, develop a more robust junior sailing and new sailor recruitment program, and maintain a vibrant community during adverse climate conditions. In this role, Christopher led a team of Master Data Management and Data Quality sales specialists who engaged with customers to identify information management strategies that could drive improvements to tangible business results through greater efficiency, reduced costs, fewer exceptions, and increased revenues. Christopher served as a thought-leader, informing businesses how to benefit from better information alignment and highly accurate, fit-for-purpose data across disparate systems.In addition to sales responsibilities, Christopher also engaged with the entire Oracle field and product management teams to drive strategy, messaging, and solution innovation. Christopher also played a pivotal role in integrating the Hyperion and Oracle Master Data Management teams, driving cross-solution enablement, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Christopher was responsible for overall success of Hyperion Master Data Management (now Oracle Data Relationship Management or DRM) for the EMEA region, and for recruiting and leading an international team of regional Master Data sales specialists. In this role, Christopher hired and groomed a team of both sales and pre-sales experts based across five counties, and drove sales opportunities across 13 countries and two continents. Christopher's responsibilities included recruiting & hiring, professional development, field readiness, customer sales engagements, positioning, collateral development, training, and successful fulfillment of complex proof-of-concept cycles. At the start of this engagement, there were less than six DRM customers in EMEA. As of 2010, Christopher had gown the DRM business in EMEA more than 700%.

Christopher exceded responsibility to not only surpass targets within territory but to also enable other regions and team members to succeed in selling Hyperion Master Data Management software to global opportunities. In this role, Christopher traveled world-wide for key opportunities to provide guidance and mentoring experience. Responsibilities included sales strategy, product strategy, product development, marketing strategy, marketing collateral development, partner development, internal, partner and end user training, creation of training materials, development of implementation methodology, patent applications, and implementation leadership for key accounts. Also responsible for launching Razza’s successful push into European markets, guiding the development of overseas partners and customers. Contributions lead Razza from a single customer and minimal software license revenue in 2000 to nearly thirty Fortune 500™ customers in 2004.
