Computershare acquired the Wells Fargo Corporate Trust division in October 2021. As the business transitioned, we have partnered with internal support teams to ensure operations continue to run smoothly and that clients are not impacted. I manage a team that processes a wide array of Asset Backed Facilities in varying roles including Calculation Agent, Disbursement Agent and Paying Agent. We actively review deal documents and process daily and monthly payments for our clients. Our reviews limit risk for our clients, ensures all collateral is reported accurately and that the facility remains compliant.

CoStar group provides a real time snapshot of commercial real estate markets. They compile and aggregate market analytics such as absorption, rental rates, sales comparables, construction activity and tenant migration. My overall job is to manage a research staff that collects, analyzes and reports this information. I mentor, coach, and develop my team to deliver a real time accurate market insights and use that information develop quarterly reporting on market performance. In order to achieve monthly goals, I work closely with my team and peers to develop a strategy to exceed desired results. Each month I host cross-departmental meetings to maintain a high level of proficiency delivering results and meeting customer needs. I work closely with the sales staff to identify new business and opportunities to fulfill existing customer needs through one or more of our products. I help identify requirements and train them on how to best use our products to fulfill those requirements. Through training clients I have demonstrated great success in product adoption and usage. A successful day includes working together with my team and each department to ensure we are delivering timely and accurate market information and are fulfilling current and future clients needs.

Insight Global provides recruiting and placement services to candidates and businesses in the IT industry. through phone and face to face interviews, I built a pipeline of screened candidates ready for job placement. I also interviewed employers to capture open positions and job requirements. After connecting candidates with employers I managed benefits, schedules and time sheets until candidates were hired permanently, typically 6 months.
