Scoping of custom applications for development of reporting, BI, Web and access control software leveraging off the powerful API capabilities provided for by our new SAAS provider.I strive to collaborate with our partners to form part of our internal team ensuring that when service disruptions occur we receive swift action and ownership of the problem through to resolution and projects through to successful completion . Customer service is always at top of mind ensuring that my knowledge is current with a wide range of technical skills and experience to manage this complex network infrastructure.

2016My primary focus currently is a large scale project to identify a replacement for Jetts legacy membership management and point of sale system to be deployed to over 250 sites across Australia, Thailand, Netherlands and the United Kingdom.After a successful due diligence process we have selected a Californian based software company. The decision was based not purely on the functionality of the application and the ability to integrate with our payment gateways that process regular payments for over 250,000 members. The military standard infrastructure, customer service and powerful API offering have also influenced this decision. The company currently has over 47,000 customer locations worldwide.This complex and detailed migration project has several custom software developments required all requiring detailed scoping, development though to testing and deployment.With development and testing completed we are now several months into the successful deployment of this fully hosted (SaaS) platform that will allow Jetts to grow its digital offering to our members and provide CRM and business intelligence opportunities not previously possible.
