👋Hi there! Learn more about me and my journey to help all types of leaders become more self-aware, more effective at building collectively resilient teams and more content in life. Some highlights about me first… I retired as a U.S. Navy Flight Officer in 2018 after an amazing 20-year career. I was the first E-2C Hawkeye Weapons and Tactics Instructor for the Navy and Air Force.I logged more than 2,500 hours of flight time in multiple aircraft. I logged combat time defending freedom in the skies over Afghanistan and Iraq. I taught the Leadership and Ethics Captstone to graduating seniors at Old Dominion University, Norfolk State University and Hampton University. I directed talent management for the Tactical Support Wing.I commanded the Navy Reserve Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
