Working as part of the HR team managing the on-boarding experience for new employees with brands including Mercedes-Benz, BMW and MINI, Volkswagen and many more. Key Responsibilities:• Managing the progression of newly appointed employees• Assist in the delivery of the Corporate Induction Prezi Presentation• Building strong relationships with the new employees, management and senior management • Management of the full 6 month probationary process completing 4 weekly check-ins, 13 week reviews and 6 month sign-off of employeesTraining: • Develop, maintain and review structured induction training plans for all roles across all disciplines• Meeting employees in their work environment to ensure progression of training plan• Discuss with the Line Manager any training needs or additional support identified and co-ordinate/schedule any agreed non franchise training to support the new employee• Promoting ILA funding to support learning initiatives• Assist with the resolution of general issues at early stage, addressing performance shortfalls with the Line Manager and HR• Recommend job aids/support and coach new employees• Deal with all administration duties pertaining to the on-boarding process • Liaise with the Manager to schedule the 6 monthly appraisals• Provide constructive feedback to the HR Manager and HR team to enhance the on-boarding experience going forward Skills Required:• Ability to prioritise and manage a very busy diary• Be supportive, approachable and adaptable • Build relationships easily with colleagues up to operational Board level• Confident in presenting to large groupsKey achievements to date:• Assisting in the development and successful implementation of a new Prezi Induction Presentation• Full re-development and successful implementation of a new employee 'probation' process• Development and successful implementation of a new employee recognition programme for employees who pass their probation period using Pagetiger
