The existing lighting will be demolished and replaced with new precast medium voltage 12,000-volt lighting cans and runways. The project will be completed in two phases.Phase 1: Demolition and Site PreparationAll existing lighting will be removed, including the precast medium voltage 12,000-volt lighting cans and runways, concrete encased pads, and conduit runways. Cad-weld grounding will be installed to ensure a proper connection to earth and ground conductor throughout the pad, lighting can, and raceway connections/grounding rods.Phase 2: Installation of New Lighting SystemPrecast pads, underground raceways, junctions, and the main service will be installed. Two miles of runway lighting and blast pad will be installed, ensuring correct installation elevations according to plans and stakes.

Responsibilities of an Electrical ForemanOverview of the Role• As an electrical foreman, I am responsible for supervising a team of workers and ensuring that production is maintained for efficient work to complete project deadlines.Primary Responsibility• My primary role involves the installation of electrical underground raceways for industrial purposes.Machinery Operation and Coordination• I operate machinery for dirt removal and backfill, including mini excavators and jumping jacks, and coordinate with crane operators.Installation of Electrical Equipment• Additionally, I am involved in the installation of large gear, meters, automatic/manual transfer switches, MCCs, and switch gears.Additional Responsibilities• I am responsible for ordering materials, laying out work plans, and training workers.
