Served as the sole attorney for a 100+ person e-commerce platform solution company, supporting in a variety of roles. Primary job responsibility was negotiation and drafting of SaaS license, partnership, referral, outsourcing, and other similar agreements. Secondary job functions included maintenance of the company's intellectual property portfolio (trademarks, copyrights including open source licensing, and patents), as well as handle all internal legal functions such as human resources, real estate and property matters, etc. Additional job responsibilities include maintaining the company's compliance program with all relevant local, state, federal and international regulations (main focus is on data security and privacy).

Served as a counsel to a 100+ person online web travel search startup company. Reviewed and negotiated advertising and marketing agreements, NDAs, and managed the company IP portfolio (trademarks including domain cybersquatting review, and copyrights).

Assisted in handling discovery requests and drafting pleadings for qui tam litigation. Performed legal research on behalf of the firm and was a member of a four-person litigation team to handle a multi-million dollar False Claims Act
