Transition Coordinator
The Transition Coordinator is a position in the MNPS Department of Exceptional Education that manages the coordination of Pre-Employment Transition Services for transition-aged students with disabilities throught the school district by managing a team of transition specialists. The coordinator also collaborates with the other exceptional education coaches for High Schools to coach schools, work with community rehabilitation providers, and design/deliver professional development for secondary exceptional education teachers.
