Working with the project team, the first task I was able to complete at UEX was the development of a geology interpretation for Christie Lake / Yalowega trend that has helped to guide exploration in 2017. I have enjoyed working with the project team as they continue to refine the geology interpretation since its generation as they continue to add data along the trend. I take delight in the assessment of exploration targets that UEX Corporation has within its portfolio. These targets are not limited to uranium showings, and include experience in other commodities that I have not worked with before. I have been empowered to develop target concepts and target areas within our portfolio. The ultimate goal is to add value to UEX through this assessment and advance as many prospects towards discovery as possible.Streamlining communication, this role supports the Exploration Manager and CEO by mentoring project teams in how they explore and communicate the results. This role also supports the project teams by helping them to understand their role and how to best manage exploration resources for the benefit of the company and shareholders.
