CurrentLead a geographically dispersed team engaged in driving strategy and support for the Wealth Management and Investment Services (WM&IS) businesses and applications/products.- Manage significantly large vendor partnerships to ensure continual performance expectations are met while driving forward strategic business goals and investments- Participate in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs and people- Participate with executives and senior leaders within WM&IS and IT to establish strategic plans and objectives- Focus on business performance that constantly strives to improve efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction- Coordinate vendor risk management processes and host executive update meetings- Lead Agile Stand-ups with team members to promote open communication and transparency-Direct the activities of a software applications development function, and a software quality assurance function for software enhancements and new products- Create an environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
