Chris Holman Principal (Partner)Chris is one of the two Principals of CDC and is actively involved in the company’s day-to-day operations directing all aspects of coordination within the projects as well as developing and implementing the company's strategic plan. Chris has established his career with over 25 years of experience with CDC and 38 years in the Construction industry. Over the years, he has developed strong leadership skills through team building and utilization of his construction experience. His complete background in general contracting and involvement in all of CDC Construction’s projects has ensured the success of the company.He plays an internal and external role in the company’s success. Internally he oversees the construction department which includes three project managers & two project coordinators. Working with Warren Gotch, both principals make sure the projects flow smoothly and the company’s resources are appropriately deployed to best meet the clients’ needs.Specialties: CDC Construction has extensive experience with all Commercial work consisting of Healthcare, Heritage projects, Tenant Improvements, Retail as well as all aspects of Food Services projects. CDC also brings to any Project team, the ability to work closely with Property managers, Leasing Manager, Interior Designer, Architect and Engineer. We strive to keep projects in line as we have the skills and detailed knowledge to complete all projects efficiently, effectively and achieve a timely completion
