My basis is People, Planet, Profit. People - When we take care of our employees they become more efficient, which leads to better moral and a successful business. Planet - This is the idea of making decisions with longevity being the basis. How and what can we do to increase profits and minimize the impact we have on our planet. Decision making to ensure that profit today doesn't lead to loses tomorrow. Profit - Many start ups get caught up in the short term mindset and just burn through cash in hopes on being able to get an IPO to be bought out due to the standard Wall Street has set. With the combination of People and Planet I believe profits can be maximized and maintained with long-term is the mindset, but also increase creativity and success for years to come.
