Pipeline / Mechanical Engineer (RPEQ, NER) in the Oil & Gas industry. Currently employed as a Senior Mechanical Engineer for APA Group which is the largest Australian operator of gas pipelines and an ASX top 50 company.Key Experience:- Leading the design, commissioning and as-builting of of gas transmission and distribution pipelines to AS 2885 and AS 4645.- Designing facilities such as meter stations to AS 4041 and ASME B31.3.- Managing schedules for engineering project deliverables to ensure delivery on time and within budget- Liaising with multidisciplinary team of engineers and other stakeholders such as draftspersons, project managers, clients, third party engineering consultancies.- Safety Management Studies (SMS's), HAZOP's and other risk workshops- Preparation of deliverables such as Scope of Works, Basis of Design, Datasheets, Reports etc.- Procuring materials and equipment such as pipe, valves and fittings.- Design of drawings such as Alignment Sheets, Trench Profiles, General Arrangements (GA), P&ID's, Isometrics etc- In service welding / hot tapping.
