After being Editor of the website for a year, I became the technical director of the site. We made numerous improvements throughout the year, most notably the creation of a Facebook App, allowing users to automatically share what they'd read on our site to Facebook. This has had a dramatic effect on our web traffic as well as on the engagement of our readers.
